If you’re feeling a bit peckish then pop in to the Criterion today and try our all day menu!
The Criterion has an all-day menu available so there is a bit of something for everyone.
We are great supporters of Waitaki produce which you could see with our locally made Whitestone Camembert served hot with thyme garlic, maple syrup and toasted ciabatta or even another favourite; fresh Aoraki salmon on flatbread with basil pesto and spinach with cream cheese and a light fruity glaze.
It doesn’t stop there though, if you’re looking for something more generous, try the local favourite lamb shank pie accompanied with mashed potatoes or the smoked chicken salad with balsamic roasted pear, avocado alongside locally made Whitestone brie, topped with a cherry tomato salsa.
But it wouldn’t be a classic Victorian experience without a taste of our traditional bangers and mash made with local old English snarlers served with mashed potatoes along with mushy peas and brown onion reduction.
Of course that’s just a wee hint of what we have, we also have a range of desserts you have to try.
